    Yeah, welcome to 'ya all'. I work with a bunch of good ol' boys from the lone Star State and apart from having difficulty understanding their accents, I enjoy their company.

    My favourite quote from one of them is: 'If God wanted me to eat fish, he would'na made me a Texan.' Amen brother.

    Sleep, BTW, only queer cowboys herd sheep... ;)

    I've always wanted to know: do they really have Texan Steaks (like we have in SA) in Texas or is that just a name coined to describe big, spiced pieces of meat by some clever butcher??
