Dear All

can anyone tell me what the normal blood glucose levels are?

1. when you have fasted 8 hours before the blood test
and when you have not/

No idea.
I saw on Facebook that you might be having some difficulty in that area Saint, and I'm awfully sorry to hear it.
For animals, the entire universe has been neatly divided into things to
(a) mate with,
(b) eat,
(c) run away from, and
(d) rocks

A normal level should be between 5 - 7. This however would vary according to your body and whether you have been fasting.
