Can you imagine being a private user, and actually consuming 300Gb per month ?

Well, Comcast USA wants to cap their user data to that and charge $10 per 50Gb over that figure.

Hell, I'd be overjoyed to just get 50Gb for $10 in ZA. (approx R110.00)

3Gb on promotion using 3G costs around $27 (R299.00).

Streaming/downloading HD and playing MMO's would eat that easily.
