I go on small day hikes quite regularly & this is a pic from this weekend:

From Silvermine nature reserve, you follow the jeep trail up from behind the lake, winding your way around the lake & surrounding hills, until you reach the Eagle Nest lookout point, where you are rewarded with this amazing view of the Hout Bay harbour. What a trip!
For animals, the entire universe has been neatly divided into things to
(a) mate with,
(B) eat,
© run away from, and
(d) rocks

Havent walked there in ages.
